Top 3 Tips For Healthy Hair


In this article you will know how to have healthy long hair that you can show off in front of everyone ! Sounds interesting ? Lets Hop into it 

We guys don't take much care of our hair which leads to hair fall and shining bald head . Nightmare !! And then we regret about why didn't we bother with it before . I will save you the hassle of googling everything and will educate you about it , helping you at this early stage where you can save them from going extinct like the animals  (ooops!! I wasn't supposed to say that) . Let's start with this

1.Wash Your Hair no more than twice or thrice a week 

    Washing your hair more than this will dry up your scalp and will result in dandruff that you                  need to avoid in every scenario. It will make your scalp lose all the necessary oils without                  which your hair will be extra damaged. And don't forget to use conditioner after shampooing               as it will restore the vital oils back which were stripped while shampooing. 

2.Dry your hair gently


     The hair is the most fragile when they are damp and thus most vulnerable to damage. Be nice to          your hair while drying them off and don't show your strength to them , they might run away and          never come back leaving you bald 🤣🤣 . Instead pat them gently to dry them off .



3.Go easy on the products and heat

     Using too much of hair gel, hair wax, hair spray or any other hair product makes your hair look
     dull and lifeless and nobody like such hair . Also avoid using hair dryers whenever possible as             they damages your scalp. If you can't avoid using dryers than keep them on the lowest heat setting       to minimize the damage.
